A Flight Attendants and Stewards Association of the Philippines (Fasap) officer said the group was not ruling out the possibility of filing impeachment cases against the high court justices responsible for recalling the decision on the union’s case against Philippine Airlines.
“We are still consulting with our legal team on what actions to take, but definitely we are considering all options available to us,” said Fasap vice president Andy Ortega.
He said impeachment was definitely an option, but not until after proper evaluation and study.
Party-list member Neri Colmenares (Bayan Muna) earlier said the Supreme Court action on the Fasap case could be a ground for filing impeachment cases against the high court justices. He said the magistrates violated the rules of procedure.
