ATHENS, Greece — Authorities in southern Greece say dozens of homes suffered minor damage following an earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 5.2. No injuries are reported.

The earthquake struck near the southern city of Pyrgos, about 185 miles (300 kilometers) southwest of Athens, at 9:53 p.m. (1953 GMT) on Monday, according to the Athens Institute of Geodynamics. The quake also caused rock falls that affected several secondary roads, officials from the administrative region of Western Greece said.
