SAN RAFAEL, Bulacan — Two municipal jail inmates, who escaped last Wednesday (Feb. 10), were captured in Quiapo and Sampaloc in Manila on Saturday (Feb. 13), according to a belated police report.

Fugitives Paul Michael Rivera and Jerome Mendoza escaped at 8 a.m. by destroying the steel bars of a comfort room, using an improvised saw.
