THE COURT of Appeals was created with the passage of Commonwealth Act No. 3 in December 1935. It was organized on Feb. 1, 1936, with Pedro Concepcion as the first head of the court. At present, the Manila office of the Court of Appeals is located on Ma. Orosa Street in Ermita. Marielle Medina, Inquirer Research
