2nd most wanted person in Samal arrested–police

DAVAO CITY –  Agents from the Philippine National Police’s Regional Intelligence Unit 11 arrested Island Garden City of Samal’s second most wanted person during an operation in Barangay Cabatian here.

Supt. Alden Delvo of RIU 11 said Friday that Emillano  Olvinar Sr. was arrested on Thursday morning on the basis of a warrant for a rape case filed at the sala of Presiding Judge Dax Gonzaga Xenos of the Regional Trial Court Branch 34 in Panabo City.

“The subject is listed as No. 2 Most Wanted Person in Samal,” Delvo said without elaborating on why the suspect was labeled as such.
