Duterte apologizes again to Cabanatuan religious for cursing Pope

CABANATUAN CITY– Presidential aspirant and Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte on Tuesday told the city’s religious community he was remorseful for cursing Pope Francis over the traffic jams generated during his Philippine visit last year.

Duterte urged them instead to judge him not by “[his] cursing,” an appeal he made before.
