VICE President Jejomar Binay is leaving for the United Arab Emirates on Tuesday to speak with the Filipino communities there.

“I deem it important to talk personally with our migrant workers and check how they are doing… our OFWs need constant care from our government,” Binay said.

Binay will visit OFW centers in Abu Dhabi and in Dubai.

He will witness the mass wedding of 25 Filipino couples at the consulate in Dubai. Christine O. Avendaño
