Suspect in village chair’s slay nabbed
One of the three men wanted for the murder of a barangay (village) chair in Manila was arrested in front of his house in Tondo on Thursday night.
Rogelio Villamor, 39, was one of the suspects in the killing of Oliver Franco of Barangay 349, Zone 53, in March 2015.
PO3 Amelito Lopez of Manila Police District’s homicide division said Villamor was arrested by virtue of an arrest warrant issued by the Branch 11 of the Manila Regional Trial Court.
