The Pasig River Rehabilitation Commission (PRRC) was created by virtue of Executive Order No. 54 signed on Jan. 6, 1999, by then President Joseph Estrada. The PRRC is tasked to rehabilitate and upgrade the 27-km river to attain a Class C water quality as well as redevelop its surrounding urban environment. The commission’s main office is between Sct. Albano and Sgt. Esguerra streets in Quezon City. Marielle Medina, Inquirer Research
