According to a Radyo Inquirer report Friday, Baby Kashmir was born at almost exactly midnight. Her parents are Wilson and Mary Ann Mancilla from Kawit, Cavite.

Dr. Ching Rica said that Baby Kashmir was born at 12:01 a.m. and weighs 3.1 kilograms.
The mother was supposed to give birth in mid-January. However, she already experienced birth pains in the middle of the celebrations.
Meanwhile, another “New Year” baby was born at 12:18 a.m.
His name is Demmark Ortiguesa, a baby boy weighing 2.6 kilograms, the report said.
The New Year babies were given gifts such as diapers, baby clothes and bed sheets.
At least 11 babies have been born since midnight until 6 a.m. at Fabella Hospital, the report said. RAM
