Shorter LRT, MRT operating hours during holidays

The mass transit systems in Metro Manila will have shortened operations this holiday season.

On December 24, the Light Rail Transit-1 (LRT-1) started its usual operation at 5 a.m. However, the last trip from Baclaran station to Roosevelt station will be at 7:30 p.m while the last trip from Roosevelt station to Baclaran station will be at 8 p.m.

For the LRT-2, the last trip from Santolan station to Recto station will be at 8 p.m. while the last trip from Recto station to Santolan station will be at 8:30 p.m.

On December 31, the northbound line of the LRT-1 will operate from 5 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. while the southbound line will operate from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m.

For the LRT-2, the westbound line will operate from  5 am to 7 pm  while the eastbound line will operate from 5 am to 7:30 pm.

Meanwhile, the MRT-3 will operate from December 24 to 31 from 4:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. CDG
