Mom seeks help for son with autism, ADHD

THE MOTHER of a 12-year-old boy who has been diagnosed with autism and ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) is asking for help so that her son can undergo continuous medication and therapy.

Because of his condition, 12-year-old Godwin Jefferson Lising needs to attend a special school. He must also undergo group occupational therapy regularly at the Philippine Children’s Medical Center aside from behavior management at a therapy center for adolescents.

On top of these, he needs a psychologist to evaluate, understand and correct his behavior.

According to Josephine, she and Godwin rely on her sister for help as she cannot have a regular job since her son’s condition needs her full attention. Her sister’s income, however, cannot sustain Godwin’s special needs.

Those who want to share their blessings and help Josephine and her son can contact her at 0925-8013144 or deposit their donations in Goldwin’s BDO account (#000251070727).
