In its 5 a.m. bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical Astronomical Services Administration said heavy rains and thunderstorms will also be experienced over the Bicol Region and Northern Samar.
It added cloudy skies with light to moderate rains will be experienced over Romblon, Marinduque and Oriental Mindoro.
Pagasa added moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over these areas and the coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
Heavy rains and floods are also expected in Mindanao due to Tropical Depression “Onyok” and provinces in central Philippines devastated by Typhoon “Nona”, Pagasa said.
