The family of slain car racing champion Ferdinand “Enzo” Pastor is calling the law enforcement agencies to coordinate with the Indonesian embassy for the arrest of fugitive Dalia Guerrero Pastor.

“We ask help from the Indonesian Embassy in the Philippines to help with the coordination efforts so that we can bring Dalia back to the country to face justice,” Enzo’s mother Remy Pastor told INQUIRER.net.

Dalia allegedly used the name Amanda Cruz to hide in Indonesia. According to the Pastor family, she married an Indonesian national and now uses Amanda Maragit in her IDs.

Dalia and businessman Sandy de Guzman were charged with parricide for allegedly participating in the killing of Enzo Pastor in June last year. Enzo was Dalia’s husband while De Guzman was her alleged lover.

Remy Pastor said they decided to release Dalia’s photos as they believe that there were persons coddling her.

“(T)here have been active efforts in Indonesia to shield her from being arrested by the Indonesian police authorities despite the coordination efforts with our Philippine police,” she said.

Enzo’s family offered P1-million bounty for the capture of the two fugitives. Sandy, who was Dalia’s rumored lover, was arrested at a motel in Cavite last Dec. 3.

“With the release of these documents, we are seeking the active assistance of the Philippine National Police to work with Interpol who have issued a Red Notice against Dalia,” Pastor said.

A red notice is an international warrant against a fugitive of the law based on a request submitted to the Interpol by its member.

“We are also seeking the assistance of the Department of Justice and the National Bureau of Investigation to implement our Extradition Treaty with Indonesia, which cites murder and parricide as extraditable crimes,” she added.
