PARIS — The long wait is over. The final draft outcome of the climate negotiations was released on Saturday afternoon by the 21st Conference of Parties.
The draft outcome was released at around 1:30 p.m., more than an hour after COP21 President Laurent Fabius convened the Comite de Paris for the presentation of the draft.
