Dalia Pastor now an int’l fugitive

DALIA Guerero-Pastor, one of the alleged masterminds in the murder of her husband, international racing champ Enzo Pastor, is now officially in the Interpol’s list of wanted fugitives, the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) reported Tuesday.

According to NBI head agent Daniel Daganzo, the Interpol—the world’s largest international police organization with 190 member countries— has issued a red notice for Dalia after a Quezon City court ordered her arrested in connection with her husband’s killing in June 2014.

Based on the Interpol website, a red notice means that the group has asked member countries to locate and arrest a wanted person “with a view to extradition or similar lawful action.”

Dalia and her rumored lover, businessman Domingo “Sandy” de Guzman, have been accused of hiring a policeman to kill Enzo. After weeks of being in hiding, De Guzman was arrested last week by NBI agents at a motel in Cavite province.

Dalia, on the other hand, is believed to have left the country shortly after the gunman in her husband’s slay, PO2 Edgar Angel, linked her and De Guzman to the crime. Angel, however, has since retracted his statement.

Daganzo, meanwhile, did not say what country Dalia had fled to although NBI National Capital Region chief, Max Salvador, said that she was “on their radar.” Salvador led the team which arrested De Guzman.
