Motorists on Saturday experienced heavy traffic along the northbound lane of Edsa due to road reblocking and repairs.

Starting Saturday morning, heavy traffic was observed along the stretch of Edsa starting from Shaw Boulevard in Mandaluyong City to Kamuning in Quezon City due to road reblocking and repairs near Nepa Q-Mart in Cubao.

In an advisory, the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) warned motorist and commuters to expect heavy traffic along the Edsa northbound approaching Cubao due to concrete reblocking.

“DPWH ongoing concrete reblocking from Nepa Q-Mart to Kamuning. 2 lanes occupied. Expect heavy traffic,” MMDA said in an advisory.
