DAVAO City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte has fully embraced his persona as a womanizer as he was seen kissing and having fun with women who were sitting on his lap.

The women supporters of the 70-year-old mayor, who officially filed his certificate of candidacy on Friday, took photos with Duterte in an event in Taguig City on Sunday but were caught by surprise when the presidential aspirant embraced them and had them on his lap.

In his speech during the proclamation rally of his party PDP-Laban on Monday, Duterte said that he has already accepted being tagged as a womanizer.

“Alam n’yo bakit sinasadya ko ‘yan? ‘Yan ang atake nila sa akin (Do you know why I am openly talking about it? Because it is their attack against me),” Duterte said.

He said that if he can love the Filipino people, what is stopping him from loving four women at the same time.

“If you can love your fellowmen, if you love the Filipino people — love enough to serve you and to die for you– how can I not love four women in my life?” Duterte said.

“When I say I’m here because I love the Filipino people, and I’m ready to serve, certainly…  If I can love 100 million and one, I can love four women at the same time,” added Duterte.

Duterte is married to Elizabeth Zimmerman whom he had three children—Paolo, Sara, and Sebastian and has a second wife who is living in the US.

He also said that he has two girlfriends based in Davao City.
