Perlas to launch latest book

Former presidential candidate Nicanor Perlas will launch his latest book “Mission Possible” in Cebu on Sunday, Oct. 16.

Perlas, an author, Alternative Nobel Prize awardee, international lecturer, environmentalist and integral sustainable development expert ran for president in 2010 elections but lost to President Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III.
