An investigation was ordered into the conduct of a policeman who indiscriminately fired his gun at the height of an argument with his live-in partner last Saturday.

PRO-7 Regional Director Senior Supt. Louie Oppus said SPO1 Edward Seno would be dismissed if he’s found guilty of misconduct.

Seno and his live-in partner Jenelyn Navaja had a big fight on Friday.

Navaja, in an interview, said the policeman later left on board her motorcycle. She said she heard later that Seno had a woman backrider with him that night.

When Seno arrived home drunk Saturday dawn, he was confronted by Navaja about the presence of the other woman.

They ended up quarreling. Police said Navaja took away Seno’s gun for safekeeping after the officer fell asleep.

Seno complained the next day at the Fuente police station that she had stolen his gun. Police invited Navaja to the station where she returned the gun. When the couple went home, another fight broke out where Seno fired his gun twice./chito aragon
