165 out of 271 examinees passed the November 2015 Aeronautical Engineer Licensure Examination, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Monday.
Justin Francis Conrad Villanueva Austria of the Philippine State College in Pasay City topped the licensure examination with a 90.50 percentage.
