IN 2008, the celebration of Philippine Book Development Month was moved from June to November after it was observed that unpredictable weather conditions in June led  to low participation in some activities. The revised schedule now  coincides  with  National Book Week, which is from  Nov. 24 to 30.  Marielle Medina, Inquirer Research
