The Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has lifted the number coding scheme in Metro Manila on Friday, Oct. 30, ahead of the celebration of All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day.

In an advisory, the MMDA said the implementation of the number coding would resume on Monday, Nov. 2, except for provincial buses.

“Number coding is lifted on Friday, Oct. 30. It will resume on Monday, Nov. 2, except for provincial buses,” the advisory said.

Starting on Friday until Monday, the public is expected to go to the provinces to visit their departed loved ones. NC/RC
