Young extortionists
The windshield of my car was splashed with a mixture of dirty water and soap because I refused to pay a group of street kids who cleaned it although I already said no from the start. This happened at the intersection of Araneta Avenue and Aurora Boulevard in Quezon City. Is this not a form of of vandalism? Can’t our policemen do something?—Dino, 39, Quezon City
