Some flights were cancelled on Monday as slow-moving typhoon “Lando” (international name: Koppu) lashes Northern Luzon.

According to the 11 a.m. bulletin of state weather bureau Pagasa, Lando packed maximum sustained winds of 120 kilometers per hour (kph) near the center and gusts of up to 150 kph.
It was moving north northeast at 5 kph.
