Due to the heavy rains brought by Typhoon “Lando,” the water level of Marikina River has breached the 15-meter “warning” level on Sunday afternoon.

As of 2:10 p.m., the river’s water level reached 15.1 meters above sea level, prompting authorities to open six out of eight floodgates.
