ILOILO CITY–Former Iloilo congressman Ferjenel Biron on Friday filed his certificate of candidacy (COC) under the National Unity Party for representative of Iloilo’s 4th congressional district.
Reelectionist Iloilo Rep. Oscar “Richard” Garin Jr. of the Liberal Party also filed his COC before the Commission on Elections (Comelec) provincial office in Iloilo.
In Guimaras, former governor Felipe Nava filed his COC for his former post under the United Nationalist Alliance.
Along with Nava were businessman Henry Babiera who is running for representative of the province’s lone congressional district and provincial board member Wilme Denila, their vice gubernatorial candidate. CDG
