UP ‘cum laude’ eyes Palace run; housewife wants to be VP
A 37-year-old woman who claims that she was an honor graduate of the University of the Philippines (UP) Diliman wants to be the third female president of the country.
Clad in a purple shirt and maong pants, Sel Hope Kang asked supporters to back her candidacy which she referred to as an opportunity “which only knocks once.”
She almost teared up when she explained why she wants to become president.
