TODAY, Oct. 9, is the 100th birth anniversary of National Artist for Cinema Manuel Conde. A movie actor, director and producer, Conde is best known for his critically acclaimed works like Ibong Adarna (1941), Si Juan Tamad (1947) and Genghis Khan (1950).
