Yellow, orange rainfall warnings raised in Luzon areas

A yellow rainfall warning, which means rains may result in flooding in low-lying areas, was raised by the state weather bureau early Friday morning in the provinces of Tarlac, Pampanga, Cavite, Batangas and Quezon.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration also placed under orange rainfall alert, as of 4:30 a.m. Friday, Metro Manila, Bulacan, Zambales, Bataan, Nueva Ecija and Rizal, which means there is threat of flooding from rain.
