Roxas, Binay, Marcos to face NUP Monday

/ 05:44 PM September 27, 2015

FORMER Interior Secretary Mar Roxas, Vice President Jejomar Binay and Senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. will speak before 500 members of the Nation Unity Party (NUP) for their national convention on Monday at Sofitel Hotel.

Roxas and Binay have expressed their intention to run for president while Marcos is reportedly considering a vice presidential run.

For NUP, the participation of the two presidentiables and a supposed vice presidential candidate in the event is a way to know who will best run the country and get the group’s support for next year’s polls.
