BAGUIO CITY–A construction worker died and five others were hurt on Saturday when a foundation post of the old Burnham Hotel they were helping demolish gave way.
Brian Bagsigan, 25, was crushed by a collapsed post. Five other workers were injured, two of them seriously hurt. They were Jonell Kamino, 19, William Flores, 25, Jimboly de Guzman, 21, Robert Alivar, 49, and Jordan Franciso, 19.
A parked passenger jeepney and a taxi cab were also damaged. Inquirer Northern Luzon/CDG
