Estareja could not say however if it will be as strong as Tuesday’s thunderstorm.

On Tuesday evening, thunderstorms in Metro Manila caused monstrous traffic. Many were stuck in traffic amid strong thunderstorms during a rush hour that caused flash floods.

A thunderstorm advisory was issued at 3:07 p.m. on Wednesday in parts of Pampanga, Tarlac, Batangas, Laguna and Quezon.

Thunderstorm is affecting Pampanga (Porac, Arayat), Tarlac (Gerona, San Clemente, Camiling), Batangas (Nasugbu), portions of Laguna and Quezon which may persist within two hours, Pagasa said.
