Sen. Grace Poe on Tuesday submitted a 90-page thick document to the Senate Electoral Tribunal to counter the quo warranto petition filed against her over her citizenship.
She said among the documents submitted to the tribunal were her birth certificate and travel records from the Bureau of Immigration.
The petition filed by defeated senatorial candidate Rizalito David seeks to unseat Poe over her being a foundling or stateless person.
David also filed a similar case at the Commission on Elections. Maila Ager/RC
