A total of 705 out of 1,089 examinees passed the recent nutritionist-dietitian licensure examinations, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Wednesday.
Data from PRC showed that University of the Philippines-Los Baños emerged as the top-performing school after all of its 110 examinees passed the exam.
The University of Santo Tomas, Polytechnic University of the Philippines-Sta.Mesa and Benguet State University-La Trinidad also entered the list of top performing schools.
The PRC requires 50 or more examinees with at least 80 percent passing rate for a school to be declared as top-performing.
Paul Altea Bagabaldo of UP Los Baños topped the exam with an 84.75-percent passing rate.
The exam was administered by the Board of Nutrition and Dietetics in Manila and Zamboanga this August. Yuji Gonzales
