Pagasa issues heavy rainfall warning for parts of Luzon

The state weather bureau issued a heavy rainfall warning over parts of Luzon including Metro Manila on Friday afternoon.

The yellow warning alert was up in Metro Manila, Rizal, Cavite, Pampanga, Bulacan, Zambales and Bataan, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) issued at 2:30 p.m.

Flooding is possible in low-lying areas.

Thunderstorms are also affecting parts of Laguna, Batangas, and Quezon, which may last for up to two hours.
