Arthur Cruto, the head of the Makati City Action Center, faced the Senate blue ribbon subcommittee on Thursday to testify on the alleged fake senior citizens, who have been receiving benefits from the Makati City government.

Senator Antonio Trillanes IV earlier said the some 30,000 seniors citizens of Makati were either non-existent or dead.
