THE southwest monsoon or “habagat” will bring rains in parts of Luzon on Tuesday the afternoon, the state weather bureau said.
Occasional rains will be experienced over Ilocos region and the provinces of Occidental Mindoro, Bataan and Zambales, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.
In Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon, cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms are expected.
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated thunderstorms will prevail over Visayas and Mindanao.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the southeast to southwest will prevail over Luzon and Visayas and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough.
Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the southeast with slight to moderate seas.
