ZAMBOANGA CITY – An explosion rocked Barangay Ayala here just a few meters away from the police station in the village early Friday morning.
Superintendent Ariel Huesca, commanding officer of the City Public Safety Battalion, said no one was injured in the blast that took place outside the house of a certain Richard Tan in Zone 4 but it damaged windows.
It was the second explosion to have occurred near the police station in Ayala. In April, four people were also wounded in a similar attack there. Julie Alipala, Inquirer Mindanao
