Hanna continued to move west northwest at 20 kph, Pagasa added.

Signal No. 1 was still raised over Batanes province, including Itbayat and Calayan Babuyan group of islands.

Moderate to heavy rain is seen within the 700 kilometer diameter of Hanna.

Monsoon-enhanced rain is expected in Palawan, the Bicol region, the Visayas and Mindanao. Flashfloods and landslides are possible in these areas.

The northern and eastern seaboards of Luzon and the seaboards of Palawan, the Visayas and Mindanao are risky for fishermen, Pagasa said.
