Bicol region, Visayas and the eastern section of Mindanao will experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms, while the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms, the state-run weather bureau said .
Light to moderate winds blowing from the northeast to north will prevail over northern and central Luzon and the coastal waters along these areas will be slight to moderate, it added.
Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate blowing from the north to northwest with slight to moderate seas, the state-run weather bureau said.
The new weather disturbance came barely a week after two typhoons—Pedring (international name: Nesat) and Quiel (international name: Nalgae)—ravaged majority of Central Luzon and left nearly P10 billion in damages to agriculture and infrastructure.
