The House of Representatives participated in the Metro Manila earthquake drill Thursday.
But the participants were not the lawmakers themselves. Secretariat employees pretended to be representatives holding a session in the plenary hall before the drill took place 10:30 a.m.
Employees also acted as pregnant women, persons with disabilities, senior citizens and earthquake victims for the metro-wide quake drill. IDL
