PAL Express cancels 2 flights amid bad weather

Two flights of PAL Express were canceled on Saturday afternoon amid strong monsoon rains affecting Luzon.

The Manila International Airport Authority on Facebook announced that the following flights originating from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (Naia) Terminal 3 have been canceled due to bad weather:

2P 2084 Manila–Basco (Batanes)
