Former Councilor Ernesto “Ernie” F. Rivera of the sixth district of Manila and former national chair of the Philippine Councilors League has passed away.
He was 74. His remains now lie at the La Funeraria Rey on Laura Street, Pandacan, Manila.
Interment will be on Sunday, July 12, at 3 p.m. following a 1 p.m. Mass at the Sto. Niño Church in Pandacan.
He is survived by his wife Carol and six children.
