Did you know: National Anti-Poverty Commission anniversary

Today, June 30, is the founding anniversary of the National Anti-Poverty Commission (NAPC). It was created by virtue of Republic Act No. 8425, or the Social Reform and Poverty Alleviation Act, which took effect on June 30, 1998. Currently, the office of the NAPC is located on Katipunan Avenue in Quezon City.–Marielle Medina, Inquirer Research
