Cviraa athletes, alay lakad scholars beneficiaries of gullas run
THE CENTRAL Visayas Regional Athletic Association (CVIRAA) athletes and Alay Lakad youth scholars will be the beneficiaries for the Cong. Gullas Run slated Oct. 8 at the Talisay City South Coastal Road.
Because of this, Jeannethe Villagonzalo of the Talisay City Sports Commission said that the organizers are expecting to draw around a thousand runners.
The running event will be featuring 3-kilometer, 5k and 10k categories.
The 3k category will have two divisions—the 12-year -old under and the First District Officials division. Registration fee for the two is pegged at P250.
A mixed media and open category will be featured in the 5k run. Registration fee is also set at P250. The 10k category will have a registration fee of P300. /CORRESPONDENT DALE G. ROSAL
