Train service of the Metro Rail Transit 3 (MRT 3) was limited to trips between the North Avenue and Shaw Boulevard Stations after experiencing “rail problems” Wednesday morning.
Starting 5:30 a.m., MRT 3 security men and employees raised placards informing passengers of the shortened trips, radio reports said.
According to one report, a problem was encountered with the southbound rails between the Shaw Boulevard and Boni Avenue stations which prompted the suspension of trips going to Makati and Pasay.
Passengers going to Makati and Pasay were advised to get off the Shaw Boulevard Station in Mandaluyong City and transfer to other means of transportation. CB
