A six-wheeler truck carrying tons of scrap metal fell on its side along C-5 Road in Pasig City and blocked traffic at a busy intersection early Tuesday morning.
The driver of the light truck lost control of the wheel while turning at the corner of Pasig Boulevard and C-5 Road in Barangay Bagong Ilog when it fell on its left side at about 6 a.m., radio reports said.
Traffic along the service road of C-5, Pasig Boulevard and Shaw have reportedly been backed up as of 6:30 a.m. while crews from the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority tried to remove the truck and its load, which has spilled onto the road. CB
