Panarez said Arnuza pushed him to the ground and started mauling him.

Panarez ran home when Arnuza allegedly pointed a gun him.

He  later reported to the police.

PO1 Melvin Pelayo, desk officer of the Opao police precinct, said it was Panurza who first reported the incident.

The policeman said he was standing near the gate of his house when an angry Panarez approached him and said: “Nganung sige ka tuli-tulisok sa akong asawa? (Why are you keep on harassing my wife?).”

The policeman said it was his neighbor who attacked him first, causing him injuries in the body.

Pelayo said investigators are still waiting whether the two neighbors will file charges against each other.
