Present during the senate investigation were businessman Antonio Tiu; University of Makati President Tomas Lopez; Danilo Villas, head of the Makati Department of Environmental Services; Kimster Chong and Imee Chong, directors of Meriras Realty & Development Corporation; Mario Badillo, Vissia Marie Aldon, and Engineer Line Dela Pena.
However, Binay’s personal secretary Ebeng Baloloy and former aide Gerry Limlingan still did not appear during the investigation.
The resource persons were earlier considered wanted by the sergeant-at-arms after they eluded their arrest. Teofisto Guingona III, chairman of the Senate blue ribbon committee, however, held their arrest in abeyance following the expression of their interest to attend the Senate hearings. IDL
